"We can fix that"

Our Practitioners

Tracy A. Darling, MD

Dr. Darling has always had a passion for health and teaching. Since the age of 7, she wanted to be a doctor. She would join her father, the late John T Pickerill, MD at his office and on hospital rounds, and was fascinated with the detective work involved in her father’s work.

Dr Darling attended Purdue University, where she graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then earned her Medical Doctorate (MD) from Indiana University school of medicine, and went on to an internship in General Surgery at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, OH.

Through years of studies, Dr. Darling now uses all the modalities available to her; herbal treatments, vitamins, specialized diets, bio-identical hormones, the hCG Weight Release program, nutritional testing, and energy medicine to help her patients heal and learn more about how to take control of their health. She dreams someday of everyone being able to become their own doctor. Until then, she’s here to help those who are looking for a different path, a path to truly HOLISTIC health. Dr. Darling was trained by the American Board of Chelation Therapy, and attends numerous lectures and webinars to stay up to date on the latest natural health issues.

Jody JOnes, DNP, CNP

As long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a nurse. While I was in nursing school, I learned about Nurse Practitioners and I knew that was what I wanted to be. I was as a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse for five years before shifting gears to becoming a Diabetes Nurse Educator.  I returned back to school to complete my Master’s in Nursing and earn the certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2011, I then completed my Doctor in Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.

My passions are working with children , women and individuals with diabetes (any age–Type 1 or Type 2). I enjoy providing health maintenance to people of all ages.  I also enjoy doing Stem Cell joint injections (regenerative medicine). As Nurse Practitioner , Iassist our care team on wellness coaching and weight loss coaching as well as IV Therapies and Stem Cell procedures.

On a personal note, I have suffered with Crohn’s Disease for over half my life. You name a medication, chances are I’ve taken it at some point in my life. The traditional meds used to treat Crohn’s Disease were actually making me more sick and, as such, I started to look into alternative options. About ten years ago, I started by changing my diet which helped some yet I knew there was more. I realized this was an area that I should be pursuing professionally. As such, I began to learn what I could about functional medicine and alternative treatment therapies. And here I am.

Brian Isley, Practice Manager and Applied Kinesiology

As Practice Manager, my role is to make certain our practitioners have the time to spend with patients, not filling out forms and charts.  To that end, we have enhanced the operational side of the practice, adding a patient portal where all patients have 24/7 access to all their medical information.

In addition, I research trends in the medical industry and we have added new diagnostic tools and protocols as a result.

I became interested in becoming involved in the medical field after I cured myself of Prostate Cancer 21 years ago (still have the prostate to  prove it LOL).

Dr. Darling was the first doctor who actually reduced my cholesterol by realizing my low testosterone was the cause of my high cholesterol.  Once we fixed my testosterone, my cholesterol fixed itself.

When Dr. Darling asked me to help her streamline her practice and help her expand, I jumped at the chance to help the best doctor I have ever had.  I am lucky to part of treating people and watching them get healthy.
