The primary female hormones produced by the ovaries are estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.  As you age, your body naturally begins to produce less and less of the essential female hormones for reproduction and you enter what is known as “menopause”. The symptoms of menopause are myriad and include the following:

We evaluate your hormone levels using simple blood panels which show us your hormone levels in your blood.  The practitioners at The Darling Center evaluate your levels according to what they know to be optimal levels of hormones, not just “within acceptable range” according to the labs recommendation.  


Depending upon what the lab results show, we will put you on a plan to restore your hormones to optimal levels.  This may include the following:

Generally hormone replacement is an ongoing treatment plan and usually requires quarterly checkups and semi-annual hormone testing to ensure optimal levels are being achieved.
